Working off the Christmas Pud!

A short jog along a sunny sea front with my new Sony iPod running headphones... 1.5 miles in 11 mins.

Feliz Navidad!

Don't really know what possessed us but Karen and I decided on the spur of the moment to go for a run!?! (mainly to shake off the huge Chinese meal we had last night and to make room for Turkey :o)

Gentle jog of about 2.5 miles along the coast in around 30 mins. Really nice run and feel great now... Ready for a beer! Happy Christmas all!

Blowing away the cobwebs

Left my car in Middlewhich last night for the Sub-aqua club Christmas Dinner so ran the 5.3miles from home to pick it up this morning. A nice crisp, cold but bright morning. Covered the distance in 47 minutes :-)
